I frequent this target all the time and this is disgusting. At least once I let someone know they took care of it right away, but shame on whoever did this, customer, or employee.

Customer service reps aren't there to answer phone calls. Cashiers are unfriendly. Items on shelves aren't organized. They're very slow at restocking items so there isn't much to choose from....
