When Juan Rosas bought Taqueria Vallarta he saw the potential to bring food from his neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta to the Mission. Taqueria Vallarta then transformed into what it is to today. Taqueria has now started offering beer and wine, to accommodate a more of a happy hour and late night crowd to the Mission of San Francisco.
