History
I fell in love with Tango in my final quarter at UCSC. When I graduated, I moved to Buenos Aires for 5 months and accidentally stayed for 5 years. I danced to my heart's content in the milongas at night and danced during the day in San Telmo's historic Plaza Dorrego. I met all sorts of Tango addicts from all around the world and they invited me to come teach in their countries. I started touring Europe and North America, and when finally I decided to come home in 2011, I started sharing all of my wonderful experiences with my students here in Emeryville.
Specialties
Tango! Argentine Tango. (And Blues too) Dance is love, passion, inspiration and connection. I teach private lessons and I coach wedding couples. I love to help my couples' vision come alive. I've coached wedding dances in blues, salsa, tango and fusion. Each one is unique. They are amazing.
