Great shop, friendly staff. Low pressure. They can also often help you as you wait, but larger jobs require a schedule of repair. Would (and will) visit again.

If you have cheap bike and need small help... well get ready to pay $$$$ for labor or go elsewhere. Staff is oddly rude, feels like you bother them just by saying hello.
