History
The builder of this community is also part owner in the community. The name of the city and our complex, Talmadge became known because two sisters who at the time were famous actresses decided to build the very first homes in this area. Our owners father was the contractor who got the job back in the 1920's, when the homes were done the area became known as Talmadge! In our offices we have some nice pictures of the women who put us on the map!
