This is an all day affair indeed... sadly nothing easy. There is no way to contact before coming and their appointment system is jammed.

So unorganized system. My passport was expired so I came here 4/1 to renew. I arrive here 1130am finish applying at 4:30 PM took 5 hours to turn in my documents. and they told me to come back two...
