Years ago, the recipes used at Taipei Bistro originated in the modest kitchen of a local Taiwanese family. Over time, these recipes have only gotten better, while still retaining their satisfyingly authentic flavors. Ten years ago, this local family decided to share the greatness of what they eat at home with the rest of the Los Angeles community! :)
