Tacos Mexico, founded by Antonio Moreno in 1975, began as a successful catering truck operation specializing in authentic Mexican tacos made from fresh, family recipes. Since opening its first brick-and-mortar location in 1977, the brand has expanded throughout Southern California and into Nevada and Arizona, growing to nearly 100 locations by 2000.

Despite the passing of Mr. Moreno in 2009, Tacos Mexico continues to honor his legacy by serving a diverse clientele with a menu that includes tortas, sopes, quesadillas, and burritos, all made with specially prepared meats and freshly crafted sauces and salsas. The restaurant chain remains committed to using only the finest ingredients to deliver authentic Mexican cuisine.
