Started off in 1995 with a taco stand on Manning in between East & Orange. As time went by our business grew into the taco truck we are privileged of operating in today.

We are honored to serve the best Birria de Res in the Central Valley. Served in any item, specialty is Birria Ramen, QuesaTacos, QuesaBirria, QuesaTorta. Everything made with a lot of love!!
