Tacos Al Vapor is awesome Mexican food-truck food at its finest! Can't go wrong with any of the food here. Everything freshly cooked and the truck is given an A-rating by the Health Department....

I ordered tacos asada, pastor, carnitas and tripas with everything plus cheese. Everything was pretty good, but only mildly flavorful. The tripas more on mushy side ... good flavor, only problem...
