My food have hair in it. I ate a few chips then seen it. I will not be coming back here again. I was going to go back for my money then I changed my mind bc I'll be late for work.

The only real as on I give a rate of 1 is because I can't give anything less The taco bell on telegraph/ grand is the most horrendous place I've ever ate at. I felt like I was eating mash dog food...

Taco Bell needs to teach its employees what substitution means..I ordered a Beefy 5 layer burrito & asked them to substitute meat & cheese sauce w/ beans..They just rolled a 'bit' of black beans...
