Why does it take 2-3 workers to help one person?. Why does it take me 30 minutes to get help when I just came to pick up. Even after I called twice to make sure ahead of time.

Came in to return an item to the nearest Tmobile. An employee named " CAT " helped me out, I had to make sure a line was cancelled , and if she was able to call 611 customer service from the store...
