There was a long wait. The staff was helpful. This store just appeared to overwhelmed on January 5th. Purchased a new iPhone 13.

It took them 5 minutes to open an account. But when you needed to close an account, it will take forever to. The store will not take the equipments back for you. You will have to ship it back...
