I understand they're busy, we waited 45 minutes for someone to help us no one did and they prioritized other people who walked in way after us. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Don't believe promotions they offer you there. I was promised a 130$ gift card if I got a pair of headphones and now I can't get it unless I upgrade my line which is something they didn't explain...

Disappointed. Went in for a screen protector replacement. They told me to shit in my shoe. Since they are a new store they didn't have any accessories for an iPhone 11. Very dismissive.
