Upper Extremity Specialists of Ortho 1 Medical Group in San Diego, La Jolla, Chula Vista, and Coronado California, is led by Kristopher Downing, MD, and James Andry, MD, along with their office, surgery center, and hospital staff, who work together to provide advanced surgical and nonsurgical treatments for upper extremities, including the hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders. Dr. Downing and Dr. Andry provide general orthopedic care as well but have a focus and strong interest in orthopedic care of the upper extremity.The physicians of Upper Extremity Specialists are members of Ortho 1 Medical Group, a private practice orthopedic group in the San Diego area. Dr. Downing and Dr. Andry diagnose and treat a wide range of upper-extremity injuries, trauma, and diseases.
