Located in Chico, Calif., Sycamore Glen Retirement Center offers an array of services as a premiere Active Senior Community. The community features a variety of services and facilities, including activity room, beautician/barber, chapel, courtyard/outdoor sitting areas, flower/vegetable garden, fitness center, laundry room, library, etc. It also offers other facilities, such as general store, movie theatre, patios, scheduled transportation and weekly housekeeping. The center's apartments feature kitchenettes, granite countertops, cable hookups, ceiling fans, emergency call system, etc. Horizon West HealthCare Inc. provides administrative support and consulting services to Sycamore Glen Retirement Center.

My experience with Sycamore Glen was enjoyable. I started my employment back in 2001. I truly enjoyed my time with the residents. I learned so much about life and history through meaningful stories.

My dad was very happy there for many years. He was treated with kindness and respect. It's a wonderful place to call home!
