I would highly recommend this club. People are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The meeting was well organized and the toastmaster was keeping meeting on track.

History
Switch-On Toastmasters was chartered as an affiliate of Toastmasters International in May of 1980. Toastmasters is a worldwide non-profit organization dedicated to improving communication and leadership skills. There are over 9000 clubs worldwide.
Specialties
We focus on improving communication skills, such as speaking and meeting management. We do this through prepared speeches, impromptu speaking, oral evaluations, and various meeting roles. Some skills that get developed are listening, delivering constructive feedback, time management, organization, and preparation. We are a friendly, supportive group, so it's a great learning environment in which to improve your skills.
