My daughter has been going here for a about a year now, and we have no complaints. She's learned basic to advanced technique and its really improved her self confidence. Great place.

SwiftKick Martial Arts training encompasses skills in boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, wrestling, catch wrestling, and jiu jitsu all modified SPECIFICALLY for self-defense. Instead of focusing on competition, we are taking MMA to the streets. Training is fun, intense, and practical without the hyper-competitiveness, ego, and aggressiveness often found in many martial arts programs. We offer programs for children 4-13 years of age, a program for teens and our Championship program training self-defense for adults.
