Team NorCal Lacrosse LLC is the oldest and most successful lacrosse development program in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering a comprehensive experience for youth, middle school, and high school boys and girls. With a track record of championship wins in renowned tournaments and a strong alumni presence in college lacrosse programs, Team NorCal focuses on building exceptional lacrosse players and well-rounded student-athletes through a unique philosophy that excludes parental coaching and emphasizes competitive tryouts. Since its establishment in 2008, Team NorCal has nurtured over 4,000 travel team players, many of whom have gone on to play at the D1, D2, D3, and MCLA levels, with numerous alumni achieving All-American and Academic All-American recognition.
