I wish I could remember the name of the nurse that helped us. I didn't know what to expect since this was the first time I was taking my toddler. She was incredible and made us feel less anxious.

They don't call back. They don't answer the phones. if you are "lucky" someone will answer the phone after being on hold for 25 minutes. The woman on the phone was rude. I have worked in health...

This is the worst medical department I've ever dealt with. They don't answer your calls and don't return a call if you leave a message.
