Greeted by friendly staff. Was seen in a timely manner and went about my day. Sutter Health has consistently exceeded my expectations with its outstanding patient care and professional staff....

The Sutter website says they open at 7 but they actually open at 8. They opened the doors a few minutes before so people can sign in. I was the 3rd person and still had to wait 30 min. Staff are rude.

I have a good doctor and have nothing but praise for the staff. So, why is the rating one star? The current system with Sutter is to shove you off to Urgent care if you are actually sick, i.e....
