Many of the Apartments are infested with Mold. Bellweather properties will give a 30 day notice to Tenants who complain of Mold! They clean up the mold, and move in New Tenants right away ( Slum...

My review is one star. Why? Well, if you live on the top floor of these apartments, you take the chance that you will have termites in all of your belongings. I did, and they ruined my furniture....
