We are family owned and have been in operation for well over 90 years.

Surfside Apartments Vacation Rentals offers seven cottages and apartments on Beach Hill; just North of the Santa Cruz Main Beach, Beach Boardwalk and a short walk to Downtown/Pacific Ave. Our cottages surround a large lawn with beautiful gardens and a gazebo offering a picturesque place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine after a day at the beach. From late June through early September we're open for daily and weekly vacation rentals. From mid September through mid June we rent to college students for the school year.
