Three days after making this review, they emailed me saying that I need to call them AGAIN to process my refund. Why????? Why can they not just process the refund like any store, ever?! Terrible...

This is my favorite place to go and get great quality cookware,cookbooks & dishes. It is on the pricey side, but worth it. Great location & you're also always greeted at the door.
