I was there to make keys for a door lock. It cost $40. And I had to make two trips to get it done. I later found out that the brand new lock cost $17 in HomeDepot.

Seems like this business is a scam. I had to wait for 3 hours and 10 calls to find out they cannot dispatch the technician. Don't go with these guys
