Poor customer service to say the least. Scheduling an appointment is useless. They expect you to wait for more than 30 minutes due to low staff.

This salon has the highest turn over. I dont think management care about their stylist. You'll see a new stylist every few weeks or months. A few GREAT stylist has left. AS FAR as Upper...
