I was able to get an appointment same day for a wash, cut and blow dry for short hair, I was pleased with results. It is close to where I live, which helps.

I just brought my 96 year old father for a cut which they have done twice before and takes under 10 min. Nobody available to cut him and one employee inside. Said it was a 45 min wait.
