The person helping was friendly but the pay the lowest bottom of the barrel prices for cans. It's legal and not a scam as that's what California asks to pay at the lowest. They pay 1.62 a pound go...

They open at 9am but the guy in charge of paying is always running late and people get stuck waiting. Sometimes over a hour.
