Sunnyvale Christian School, also known as SCS, provides educational programs to students in kindergarten through grade five. Founded in 1979, the school offers an early kindergarten program. It also offers a preschool program for children between the ages of 2 and 5. Sunnyvale Christian School conducts educational classes in music, art, Bible study, arithmetic, science, physical education, reading, writing, social studies and math. Its academic curriculum also includes language arts, phonics, poetry, biology, history and geography. The school conducts various parent-teacher conferences that focus on fundraising activities. It additionally organizes field trips to zoos, planetariums and theaters. Sunnyvale Christian School is located in Sunnyvale, Calif.
