Are they free electricity? It's winter now, the temperature at 8am was only 50°F and rain, but they turned on the air cool conditioner？？！！I waited almost an hour, and I was freezing to death. Now...

They need to have someone at the front desk that has a louder voice and or speak clearer English. I worked at a healthcare facility so I know the struggle. Plus having the window cracked open...
