Rushed, unfriendly front office staff. You're merely a number to them. Likewise, they closed 15 minutes prior to their posted hours and didn't care one was knocking. Rude. Bravo Covered CA/Obama Care.

Pretty much everyone is rude in this office and their billing department is a joke. They yell and don't respect anyone here. I would rather use Quest from now on.
