Located in Roseville, Calif., Sun City Roseville is a retirement community with more than 3,100 single family homes in over 1,200 acres. If you're not over70 I would not recommend living here. The requirements are 55 and older. If your in your 50s 60s the older lady's give you looks don't smile when you smile. They give you weird...
