If you are refinancing a home and get assigned to this appraisal company, you should call your lender and cancel your appraisal appointment immediately. This appraiser used a comparable sale over...

If you are refinancing and this appraiser comes to your door, do not open and call your lender to ask for new appraiser. Our refi did not go through and for no good reason. Enough said.
