Since Trilar's founding in 1996, our partners Richard Wenrick and Lance McGoldrick have been exclusively focused on the development of exceptional property management and related services. Today, Trilar Management Group is among the largest privately-owned property management companies in Southern California. Our expertise in multi-family management extends to conventional, affordable, HOA and senior housing properties throughout the Southwest region of the U.S. Our commercial management extends to retail, office and industrial properties focusing on value enhancement and the repositioning of under-performing assets. Additionally, Trilar manages properties in Las Vegas and Phoenix in direct response to client demand for our expertise in those rapidly growing markets.
