History

Amy and Ofer Erez have been providing valuable services to the Contra Costa community since 1989. Their offerings have included classes, trainings, workshops and private sessions in a wide variety of healthy lifestyle tools over the years.

Specialties

At Sugi Health we specialize in working with clients who want to improve their health through modalities that incorporate all aspects of wellness. * SugiTouch - a neuro-muscular movement therapy, is very effective with children with disabilities, parkinson's, scoliosis, and other neurological or structural issues * Acupressure (needle-less acupuncture) - uses gentle finger pressure to remove neck, back and headache pains; improve issues of digestion or PMS. * Reiki - an energy balancing practice applied through the laying on of hands for pain relief, inflammation, detoxification, anxiety, headaches, all around wellness * Flower Essence therapy - heals mind and emotions, relief from anxiety and grief. We offer weekly classes in Tai Chi Gong, monthly meetings in A Course in Miracles and one year programs working with the Elements and Seasons.
