Subway doesn't care. Was sent a form email telling me thanks for the feedback, we'll look into it. That went no where. Got some no response response from store location..emailed several more...

Terrible - kiosks and ordering from them are big mistake!! Ordered a turkey sandwich but kiosk said "out of stock" asked the guy and girl working there and they said the avocado is 'saved for...

Nothing wrong with the employees but there's something wrong with the ordering system. They don't take orders behind the counter - you have to order from a kiosk which is the most complicated way...

Switching to kiosks to order is a big mistake. Couldn't order what I wanted to get and the employees didn't want to place an order at the register they had. Lost a customer
