Just went there for lunch person who was working here was very rude, not hygiene, dirty hands, hair all over and don't know how to handle business

The worker was so nice, but the other, was yelling in a language my family did not understand. The fridge was super loud. But it did smell like a dive way so, 'congrats'. We didn't try food yet.
