Ordered food online to pick up in store. Paid extra for a soda *bottle* but when I picked up my order the lady refused to let me get what I paid for and forced me to use the cup for the soda...

They need to fix their time. I walked in at 9pm. The guys told me they're closed. yelp says. Open till 9:30pm. Even on their door, says till 9:30pm

The owner needs to hire more employees. minimum 2. its terrible productivity having only one employee handle everything including walk ins, mobile pick ups, and third party deliveries.

What good is ordering on the app?? I arrived 5 minutes before the time quoted on the app. Waited 25 minutes PAST the time quoted. People who came and ordered at the counter AFTER I arrived got...
