Established in 2001. Jenni Stone, Mother of 3, decided it was time to pursue her own dream of being a small business owner and opened Suarez-Stone Tax Service in downtown Hayward in 2001. Jenni is an expert in Individual Income Tax Preparation, ITIN's, and IRS Audit Preparation. Dale Stone, husband of Jenni, joined the company in 2004 bringing along his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) and over 25 years of corporate accounting experience. Dale is also an Enrolled Agent and Notary for Suarez-Stone Corporation. Together the couple expanded their tax firm to include Small Business Solutions in 2006 with the underlying principals of Start, Protect, Manage, & Grow your business.
