This place is so poorly maintained. Most of the time the escalators don't work, which is why I seldom go to Michael's. The parking needs to be redesigned. Lots of wasted space.

This is the worst place for shopping or even getting a snack , the variety of food is very limited, the elevators and escalators are always broken, it's very annoy, especially for seniors...

Good selection of store but NO SIGNAGE! The exit was block and detour signs have you going in circles. No management phine number anywhere to let them know! Good luck in an earthquake!

This mall has great stores but its really annoying that the elevator is always not working "scheduled for maintenance" and the escalators are always off.
