Saints Simon and Jude School serves the educational needs of more than 650 students and offers classes from grades kindergarten through eight. The school offers instructions in science, religious studies, language arts, English, mathematics, health education, foreign languages, social studies, arts and crafts, vocal and instrumental music, and physical education. It has athletic teams for softball, basketball, football, volleyball and cheerleading. The school s library has a collection of more than 12,000 books, including encyclopedias, magazines, reference books, biographies, fiction and nonfiction books and audiotapes and videotapes. The library also maintains an online catalog, and offers access to the Internet. Saints Simon and Jude School is located in Huntington Beach, Calif.
