Strings opened its doors for the first time in Sacrament in 1987. Now, nearly 30 years later and under the original ownership, Strings is still successfully serving the original area and locations along central and northern California. Went to Strings on 8-26-25, the food was delicious and our waitress was great, very delicious, but...the restaurant was 78 degrees inside at 7 at night! It took about 45 minutes to get our meal...

Food is made to order with large portions. Staff is amazing. There is a large patio available for special events like birthday parties and a meeting room. Kudos to Albert the owner and AJ
