This was a great MMA place. I really enjoyed training under Jeff. Unfortunately the gym is apparently out of business now. I hope Jeff will re-open in other location.

If you're thinking of getting in shape, skip the weight....wait.....wait times times at the other places for their equipment. This place has a whole slew of classes to kick your ass in shape....
