Techni-Cast is a founder and machinist of ferrous and non-ferrous centrifugal castings. The company s materials are furnished in all forms, from rough castings to completely machined parts and assemblies. The alloys available at Techni-Cast include aluminum, nickel base, cobalt, stainless, iron, and copper base alloys. The company uses tooling to produce cylinders, washers, flange castings, gear blanks, rings and solid bar stock in sizes up to 54 inches in outside diameter, with lengths up to 10 feet. Modifications such as flanges, cams, hubs, or offset steps may be incorporated into standard tooling to produce castings that eliminate excess weight and machining.
