I called in and they said a gray root touch up would be $60 which is for my mom. They encouraged me to get a hair cut quoting $35. They wanted to wash my hair first saying $50 total like OK...

Expensive haircut for a 12 & 13 year old. They quoted me $30 on the phone and ended up charging me $50. And it was just a trim. Nothing fancy.
