What makes me different? Anybody can put you through a workout and make you do random exercises without any specific thought or purpose behind it. Anybody can make you sweat, make you tired or sore. That means nothing, produces little results and might even injure you in the long run. Only a few, however, have a specific plan and progression, know exactly what you need to do, why you need to do it and how you need to do it. And even fewer are willing to share that knowledge with you and help you understand. I believe in helping people by sharing my experience and expertise and educating them, so that they can, in time, learn to help themselves. Fitness is a lifestyle, it only works when you make it a permanent part of your life. And you can't do that by blindly following someone else without a deep understanding of how things work.
