The Chico Auction Gallery opened for business in July of 1968 conducting weekly auctions at the corner of 6th and Orange streets in Chico. In 1977, we moved to our present location at 8th and Orange. We also specialize and have had more experience than any other auction company in this area in conducting antique auctions. Our business focus is not so much on what we sell but on the method by which we sell. We believe very strongly in the auction method of marketing. We believe that auction is the fairest, most economical, and fastest way to liquidate an estate and the most productive. We have seen this method work time and time again and have hundreds of satisfied clients that can attest to that fact.
