My San Diego family law practice takes me to all four county family courts and the Family Support Division (FSD). I practice in the areas of divorce, legal separation, and nullity including division of co-owned, community, and quasi-marital property and reimbursement for separate and community-property contributions); paternity; child custody and visitation (including grandparent and other nonparent rights); child support, spousal support, and representation in the Department of Child Support Services and at FSD; and, prosecuting and defending requests for family law domestic violence restraining orders and citations of contempt. I draft cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, durable powers of attorney for financial management and healthcare, advance healthcare directives (living wills), and revocable living trusts including special-needs trusts.
