History

I started my career change from Restaurant and Hotel management to Real Estate Sales in Feb 1981. I was attracted to the fact that a good knowledgeable Realtor can make a major impact on people's lives and savings by helping them buy, invest, and sell Real Estate. Early on I decided to learn a large geographical area so I was able to serve anyone's needs. From my experiences with Relocation clients, bank repossessed homes, and out of the area investors I was able to better learn 20 cities. Of course I sell people homes to live in in ALL price ranges. I have learned to work with many different client needs and learn to blend with various types of personalities, feeling comfortable with all. Working with past clients is enjoyable but working with new clients if fun too. Out of 3500 Realtors I was selected Realtor of the month in Feb 2005. 11 Realtors are selected annually.
