Creative director Mila Sterling's background lies in painting, a favorite hobby that evolved into a profession after graduating from the University of California at Berkeley. Mila began her design career in entertainment advertising agencies, creating theatrical posters and related material. Soon afterwards. she started her own business, incorporating websites, logos and retouching into her repertoire. Today, her practice has expanded to Sterling Visuals, a team that includes website developers and production designers.
